Raising sun glimmered in the angaan of Khan haveli, Illuminating the whole haveli with its gleam. Maid turned off the last bulb which was on as it was not needed anymore because of sun rays

"Mummy, mujhse aap iss barey mein raye na mange." Rehnuma raised her hand in surrender manner and told her mother

(Don't ask for my advice in this matter.)

"Balki main toh kahungi ki yeh aap Ayla pe hi chorh dein ki woh apni shaadi mein Kya legi." She later add while picking her glass of juice

(In fact I would say that leave it on Ayla to buy her dresses for her ownself.)

Kaif, who was silently having his breakfast as well as listening to his mother and sister's conversation about the functions of his marriage which is yet to take place but they have started making plans for shopping

Their conversation stop on Ayla,

"Sahi keh rahi ho, waise bhi ussey humari pasand shiney aur over lagte Hain." Rukhsar agreed with her daughter which made Kaif's hand stopped

(You are right, she thinks of our choice as shiney and over.)

"Mummy, aap aisa Kyu keh rahi Hain? Aap Jo bhi lengi uske liye, ussey achha lagega."

(Why are you saying this? She love whatever you'll buy for her.)

"Lagta hai tum Arsalan ke aqeeqa ki baat bhul Gaye." Rehnuma got offended by his words and asked

(I think you forget the incident of Arsalan's aqeeqa.)

"Mummy ne kitne pyar se uske liye maroon colour ka dress banwaya Tha, lekin use sada sa white suit pehna Tha. Mujhe toh apne sasural walo ke samne bohot sharmindagi Hui thi jab Meri nande mujhse puchne lagi ki yeh tunhari bhabhi Hain, kitni sada si taiyyar Hui hain." Rehnuma remind him about the aqeeqa of her one year old son,

(Mummy bought such a beautiful maroon dress for her, but she wore plain white colour suit.)

"Woh aqeeqa Tha, yeh shaadi hai." Kaif looked at his sister and murmured, asking her to be quiet

(That was aqeeqa, this is marriage.)

Rehnuma opened her mouth to reply him. But, Rukhsar interrupted them

"Bas karo dono. Kaif, tum nashte pe dhyan do, yeh ladkiyon ki shopping hum handle kar lenge. Aur, Rehnuma, Bhai galat nahi keh raha Hai, shaadi aur aqeeqa mein fark hota Hai." Rukhsar's words made both of them shut

(Enough both of you. Kaif, focus on your breakfast. And, Rehnuma, Kaif is right.)

Putting his back shades on, Kaif left his house and went to his car when he heard Ayla's angry voice

"Toh apko dhyan dena chahiye na. Ab hum college kaise Jaye?" Looking at from where her voice came at,he found Ayla standing beside her car and scolding Guddu

(You should have checked it. Now because of you, I'm getting late.)

"Ayla baji, kasam le lijiye mujhe bilkul bhi...."

(I swear, I didn't know.....)

"Apki kasam se tire ka puncture theek nahi hoga." Before Guddu could complete his sentence, Ayla scolded him once again
