Days had passed while i was in the hospital , and finally the day of my departure had arrived , Valerie had convinced me to come stay with them in the manner for couple of weeks

Chase and i were barely talking

Valerie was with me in my room's bathroom helping me getting dressed , i spotted Chase entering the room through the mirror , he looked for us till his eyes landed on me , and on my half naked body

" ehmm , Valerie would you please close the door it's getting cold " i asked Valerie and she did as i said

I finished getting dressed and got out of the bathroom , Chase was still standing there waiting for us , I've barely looked at him

The ride to the mansion was silent , i refused to sit in the front so i took my place in the back seat , Chase kept gawking at me through the mirror and i kept ignoring him

I still didn't tell anyone about my pregnancy

Once we arrived and entered the mansion , everyone was there waiting for us , Cassy included , I wondered why were they all gathered up together . They all started to greet me and ask me how was i doing

" how are you feeling now ?" Cassy asked as she pulled me to a hug , i assured her i was better now ; " all right , time for lunch " Lady Lillian spoke as she gestured us to go sit in the dinning room

All the places were already taken by the time i arrived , the only empty chair was next to Chase , and I wasn't ready to be near him just yet , i looked over to find Tyler sitting next to Cassy

They got pretty close lately

" Tyler , get up !" I hissed to Tyler ; " what ? There is a chair next to Chas-" he protested, pointing his hand at Chase and i glared at him ;
" o..okay " he stumbled before getting up and walking away to the empty chair , I noticed Chase rolling his eyes and sighing , looking at me furiously

The maids started to put the food on the table , we all began to eat , meanwhile i was careful about the food i should eat , like wine and too much meat . After lunch , we stayed on the table talking a bit , at that moment i felt a nausea again , i excused myself and went to the bathroom

Without knowing , i had already thrown up everything that i had eaten , covering my pregnancy was going to be hard because of all those sudden nauseas , after cleaning my face , i bumped into a hard chest as i was opening the bathroom's door

I looked up to see it was Chase ; " hey" i coldly said , looking everywhere but his direction;
" hey , you're okay ?" He asked ; " yeh , just needed to use the bathroom " i said and he hummed ; " you're ignoring me ?" He said as he closed the door and leaned back on the sink , his arms crossed

" no , why would you think that ?" I simply asked ; " I don't know , something tells me you are " he said and i shrugged my shoulders; " well that's your problem " i said before opening the door , but before i got to go back to the dinning table , Chase had already grabbed me by my waist and pinned me to the wall

" you're angry with me ?" He said in a low tone , his face was too close to mine , his hands rested next to the sides of my head trapping me in ;
" n..no" i said , trying to sound confident; " you sure ?" He asked once again and i nodded my head , being this close to each other made me weak

" think again " he whispered to my ear sending shivers to my body , and excitement, i felt his hand making contact with my skin under my shirt , his hand caressed the bandage that covered my wound ; " does it hurt ?" He asked , his eyes fixed on my stomach ; " no " i answered
