I found myself sitting on the couch , drinking coke , Valerie was dancing with Andrew

I bet they liked each other , so cute

While Celine dragged Chase and danced with him as she put his hands on her waist

Rolling my eyes , i gazed at the club , people grinding to each other as if they were alone , music , till Valerie came to me " you need to dance " she stated as she started pulling me from my arms ; " oh no I don't dance " i told her but she forced me to get up anyway

Feeling super shy , i tried to keep up with Valerie , i sensed Chase's eyes on ms as he was dancing with Celine

I got tired from dancing and went to sit again , i told Valerie i was having breathing difficulties considering my heart problem

Crowded places are not good for my health

But the reason of that is that i wanted to escape , everyone was busy so it was the perfect timing

I was startled when i saw Chase coming my way , i acted normal and resumed drinking my coke again

" you okay?" He asked , i looked at him confused

" yeah , why ?" I asked ; " nothing , just wondering " he said as he sat next to me

" as you can see I'm fine , you can go now " i told him , taking my eyes off of him

" what is your story ?" He suddenly asked , i looked at him perplexed; " what do you mean?"

" sometimes you are all caring and kind , and lovely , and sometimes you become aggressive and hateful, why is that ? " he questioned

I glanced at him , and he studied my face till his eyes landed on my lips , not knowing how to answer that , and without knowing our faces were very close

Suddenly Celine shouted his name and we both pulled away ;" baby , come and dance with me it's my favourite song " she said as she grabbed his hand , he got up but his eyes never left mine

I wished if he hadn't gone with her

The song that was played was under the influence by Chris Brown , i noticed all the couples were dancing to it , except for me , i watched Chase and Celine together, something about that made me feel bad

Clearing my thoughts , i realised that was my chance to escape , everyone was distracted, Valerie was with Andrew , Theo and Tyler were stuffed between strippers , Chase with Celine , none of them was paying attention to me

Taking a deep breath , i walked pass the crowd , they were too many of them , i turned around checking if any of them was behind me , and they weren't

Finally , i reached the exit , i got out but i stood right at the door step , why couldn't i go ? i tried to but I couldn't , my mind told me to go , but my heart stopped me

Why ? Was it because of him ?

My thoughts were cut by the security guard who came to me ; " are you going out miss ?" He asked and i looked at him silently

Minutes passed , frozen in my place , i sighed and looked at the guard

I'm probably gonna regret this

            C H A S E

I found myself trapped between Celine's arms , she really couldn't just let me rest , she had to step in the moment she saw me with Eda

As i was moving with Celine against my free will , my eyes didn't leave Eda , she was sitting alone , well i think it's better than seeing her dance with someone else

My vision got blurred when the crowd was getting bigger , after minutes i finally got a clear image , but Eda wasn't sitting any longer

I looked around but she was nowhere to be seen, i let go of Celine and went to Valerie

" have you seen Eda ?" I asked her , irritated

" i think she's sitting ..-" she said before I interrupted her , shouting ; " SHE's not THERE!"
" relax! Chase she must be dancing somewhere"
Andrew added , i frowned at them before leaving

I looked for her in the entire club , i ran toward the exit , as i was about to cross the door , i bumped into someone

I looked up to see Eda , i looked at her confused , she was out , out there , she almost escaped

" where were you ?" I asked her , anger and confusion in my tone

" i... got out for some air" she simply answered , seriousness in her eyes

I gazed at her surprised, she almost had her freedom and yet , here she is , why is that ?

After going back home , Eda walked straight to the bedroom , and i followed her

" we need to talk " i told her as I entered and closed the door

" what's there to talk about ?" She asked , without even looking at me , her back facing me

I gently grabbed her arm and turned her to face me ;" you tried to escape tonight , didn't you ?"
I asked her , she glanced at me

" answer me " i said in a loud tone

" yes! I did !" She confessed and i glared at her

" didn't we talk about this ?" I questioned her

" we ? No you talked about this , you decided that i will stay in this room with you so you can watch me closer , I didn't have a say in it " she stated , challenging me

" why didn't you run then ? Why did you stay?"
I asked again , stepping closer

She sighed and looked at me frustrated;" because i know what you're capable of , you already know everything about me , what guarantees me that you won't come after me and after my father , kill us and get rid of the person who saw the murder"

I stared at her shocked , is that what she thinks of me ? " you really think i would do such thing to you ?" My tone softened when i asked her this ;

" why not ? You would kill me just like you killed that man , wouldn't that be a solution to your problem ?" She added

I didn't answer , hearing this coming out of her was painful

Was that love confession unreal , and she said it because she was drunk?

Did that kiss mean nothing?

I ran my finger on my chin as i looked down , i took a glimpse of her before leaving and locking the door

Lie , lie , all lies , I didn't stay because i was afraid something might happen to me or to my dad

I know Chase wouldn't hurt him , i just know it

I stayed because I didn't wanna lose him like that , i might have just hurt him with what i said , but there is time to make things right
