A month passed since Chase and i got together , ever since then , things had been different , in a positive way of course

He was the one to bring it up , saying he understands if i wanted to take things slow , and i did , i was so happy that he was understanding my feelings about that

Other than that , I've been living the romance I've always wanted , he's been so different from when i knew him first , we would meet three times a week , go to different places , talk every day on the phone , therefore he had business and i was busy with study

Speak of study , the principal was a bit mad at me for refusing the scholarship , more like disappointed, but she didn't change her attitude towards me , thankfully

Right now i was home , studying again , exams were on the way , while i was working on my laptop, my phone ranged , i picked it up to see it was Chase , calling for the third time this day

" you just called like , forty minutes ago" i started

" waw , that was a very long time ago wasn't it ? Don't worry , I'll make sure to call sooner next time " he sarcastically said and i rolled my eyes with a smile on my face

" what are you doing ?" He asked ; " studying , what else ? " i answered ; " when are you gonna be finished?" He asked again ; " I don't know , why ?" I questioned

" i wanna take you somewhere " he stated and i narrowed my eyebrows ; " where ?" I asked

" that's a secret " he said and i gasped ; " c'mon tell me " i demanded but he insisted on keeping it a secret

" well then i'm not going , got a lot of study ahead of me " i teased him and i swear i heard him frowning ; " well then i would have no other choice but to break into your house , throw you over my shoulder and take you with me " he told me in a stern and yet a teasing tone

" so , basically,you would be kidnapping me , again ?" I sarcastically said again and he chuckled

" oh I would kidnap you anytime i get a chance" he stated and i got stunned

Silence took over the conversation ; " your choice" he said again in a soft tone ; " fine , thirty minutes , i guess " i told him ; " good , see you then " he said and we hung up

Where was he taking me again ?

Once i was finished with studying , i went to my closet and picked my outfit . Long grey flared jeans and a black top

The moment i was finished from preparing myself, Chase called again , he really knows when to call doesn't he ?

" hey , where are you ?" I asked ; " outside , are you ready ?" He questioned ; " yep , I'm coming" he said before i hung up

Before heading out , i went to the kitchen for a glass of water , after that i got out only to find Chase talking with my DAD

Oh boy !

They stopped talking when they spotted me coming out , i put on a weak nervous smile on my face as i walked to them

" dad , you're....home " my eyes traveled between my father and Chase

" I am , and you're going out " he said as he raise his eyebrow, i grinned nervously at him as i nodded

" have fun , don't be late " his face switched from annoyed to an optimistic one as and i got confused at his expression , he smiled at Chase as he patted on his shoulder , he looked at me with a grin before heading to the house
