I stayed in the library for about two hours , thinking about what i should do , was she just bluffing , a way to convince me to leave Chase , or was she serious?

My mind shifted to my father , whose death was a shock to me , despite his true identity i never thought that he would be killed , all of that because none of us was paying attention to reality

I knew what i got myself into when I got together with Chase , i knew the risk but I didn't care , i thought i was safe under Chase's protection that I totally forgot about my dad 's safety

And look where it got me

I couldn't risk it , he could've died today , he came back covered in wounds , what's gonna happen next ? Will he come back as a dead corpse?

I don't think i could handle it

After too much thinking , I cleared my head and decided to go back to the bedroom , i bumped into Chase once i opened the door; " hey there" he said ; " hey , where are you going ?" I asked

" actually i was coming to get you , dinner's ready" he informed me and i nodded at him , we both went down stairs to the dining table , everyone had already taken their seats , waiting for us , i felt Chase's mother's eyes on me , ever since the identity of my real family was revealed and she's been acting weird with me

I couldn't blame her

After dinner , we went back to the bedroom and it was already getting late , Chase laid on the bed as he rolled up the sleeves of his shirt , he brought the first aid box to change his bandages , i stood in front of him silently watching him

I walked towards the bed and sat next to him
; " Eda you don't have to " he spoke before i cut him off ; " shut up " i took care of the bandages changing , as he was watching me with a soft smile making my heart warm

After cleaning everything up , we both glanced at each other in silence; " I'm sorry, for earlier "
i said and he shook his head at me ; " don't be "

" i know you've been through a lot , and you're still struggling, getting angry at you for things you said is the last thing i would ever do " he told me and my mouth curved into a smile

He was the only one to make me smile now

Without thinking, i kissed him on the mouth , my hands held his face while his hands came behind my waist , i got up and sat on his lap without breaking the kiss

Our kiss grew more passionate as i felt his hands roaming all over my body , suddenly he pulled away ; " wait , are you sure ? " he asked , staring into my eyes , i gazed at him as i thought about it

I missed him , i wanted to feel him for one last time

I nodded at him before kissing him again , this time he took control over me  , his hand sneaked under my shirt , he unhooked my bra as he helped me take off my top , i removed my bra and my breasts collided with his chest

After that I watched him take off his shirt revealing his muscular chest , he kissed me deeply before sucking my neck , he soon started to leave marks all over my neck as i couldn't help but to moan his name , he kept on marking my skin "ahhh Chase " he bit when i called his name
