I dont remember what happened next but I found myself walking down the road alone, my steps seemed unpredictable in the sense I was about to pass out.

I can't tell you what happens or if I'll ever see Josh against for the future is not my fault. I know they killed my dad, and Mikey wanted to explain why so bad

"We had too. We couldn't tell you"
He had said "I'm sorry he woulda just sent more people are you-"

I do remember hugging him tightly
And telling him"he's been dead for years"

Then they told me to stay on the road and keep on walking until the police come, One will stop for me

I heard the screeches of the sirens echo throughout the trees, they passed me going straight to where I came from the last of the trail and a young woman stepped out

"Sir?" She slammed the car door and hanged her hands on her belt
"Did you happen to come from the accident down the road"

I nodded softly "I'm Tyler Joseph. I just wanna go home"
My voice came out hiding behind a whimper

She knew my name, her eyes widen and she reached for her walkie talkies, she spoke into it before approaching me,
"I'm officer Sam,"

I loosely nodded again,I had no energy to be happy
"Officer Sam please take me home,"

The snow fell from my shoulders as I hunched them forward trying to hug myself

She walked over to me and lead me toward the back of the squad car. pulling out of blanket from the trunk, she closed it and let me sit on top of it. We waited for something I wasn't sure what though.

She kept asking question after question but I was in no mood to give answers beyond a nod or shake of the head. I monitored what I answered and what I didn't and just waited out the rest until an what ever we're waiting for arrived and tried to take me away

An ambulance had arrived a little while later, they had me sit in the back, tending to my wounds I noticed they talked about taking me to a hospital and officer Sam was walking away
"Wait" I looked at the strangers "officer Sam are you coming with me?"

She hesitated before sighing "of course kid, I'll be right behind you in the squad car"

I nodded and the doors closed, I leaned back into the gurdy. I had closed my eyes but I could hear everything around me, the sirens, them trying to wake me up, talking about shock.

This isn't what I wanted, I wish it could'a been different. Maybe I shoulda just ran away with them, with Josh if he'd ever get better.

Oh God I hope he's still alive, I left him with a stupid note. I was trying to be all edgy and aestheticy pleasing but now I wish I'd just stayed.

The officer from the road walked into my hospital room,

" You're awake" she smiled

"Was I asleep?" I sat up and stretched, they had re-patched the bullet wound on my shoulder.
