So Mari always said she wanted to try that rolling ice cream. I look up where it was located and a place called Dessert Palace sells it. So I decided that's where I can take her. We pulled up into the parking lot.

"What's this??" She asked looking at me

"Can't you read??" I asked with a goofy grin

"Don't get slapped hoe..." she said rolling her eyes

"Forreal tho, you know that rolling ice cream you been dying to try??" I asked her

"Yeah..." she said looking at me

"Welllll this place sells it..." I said

She looked at me with wide eyes.

"I thought they didn't sell it down here..." she said doing her lil happy dance

"You know you did that lil dance the night we met..." I said looking at her smiling

"Awww you remember..." she said grabbing my face and pecked my lips 3 times

"Of course I remember. It was the cutest thing I ever seen..." I said making her push my face and blush

"Come on let's go get my ice cream..." she said as I cut off the car

I got out the car and opened the door for her.
She got out and danced her way to the door. I opened the door and we went in. All types of shit was in here. From cakes, pies, ice cream, frozen yogurt, and etc.

"I can already feel myself not fitting my clothes no mo..." Mari said making me laugh

We walked around and just looked at everything before we decided what we wanted.
Mari got some rolled ice cream and 2 pieces of red velvet cheesecake. I got some rolled ice cream and a big ass cinnamon roll. We went to the lil seated area on the side of the building and sat down. Mari didn't waste no time and took a bite of her cheesecake.

"Mmmm, Papa you deen started
something..." she said chewing the cheesecake with her eyes closed

"How??" I asked looking at her

"Cuz this shit good and they gone get tired of seeing my face..." she said eating some ice cream

"This shit is good..." I said tasting a piece of the cinnamon roll

We just sat there, ate our stuff and just enjoyed the outside and each other. The more time I spent with Mari the more I realize how in love I am with her. I have fell in love with her all ova again. I can be having the worst day but when I see her and that smile she set all my problem at ease. No one I've been in a relationship with has never made me feel the way she does. I don't think I could ever love someone else the way I love her. She brings me so much happiness even when her peanut head ass get on my nerves. I'm sooo comfortable around her it scares me a bit. I didn't notice I was staring at her until her face scrunched up.

"What??" She said with her face still scrunched up

"Girl stop looking like that. I was just admiring you..." I said making her look off

"Stop doing that..." I said turning her face back to me

"You're making me nervous..." she said smiling

"I know..." she said flashing a million dollar smile

"Where we going after this??" She asked eating some more ice cream

"Don't know. Wanna go to T and Aja house since they off today??" I asked her

"Yeah, see if they at home..." she said with a mouth full of cake

I took out my phone and texted T to see if were at home. I sat my phone down and gave Mari all my attention.

"You wanna talk about something??" She asked me with a raised eyebrow

"No, why you asked that??" I asked looking confused

"Cuz you keep staring..." she said

"Cuz your beautiful..." I said still looking at her

"Indigo stop..." she said blocking her face with her hand

"You are and stop covering our face..." I said smacking her hand out the way

I know when she's nervous cuz she hides her face and avoid eye contact. She started back eating her ice cream without looking up. I decided to mess with her some more.

"Mari..." I called her

She hesitated to look up but did it anyway.

"I love you..." I said grabbing her hand

"I love you too..." she says with a smile then she looked down

"Come here..." I said

She got up and sat beside me but not forgetting to grab her ice cream cuz she demolished that cheesecake. When she sat down, I grabbed her face so she could be looking in my eyes.

"When I'm staring at you it's because you're beautiful and when I say I love you I mean
it..." I said looking in her eyes

A small smile spread across her face

"I mean every word I say, okay..." I said

She was trying her best to look everywhere instead of looking in my eyes. But because I had her chin she didn't have any other choice but to look in my eyes.

"Okay..." I said said again looking at her

"Okay..." she said softly while nodding her head

My eyes went from her eyes to her lips. Her lips always look so juicy and they are hella soft. I can honestly kiss her all day everyday if I could.

"Kiss me already..." she said looking at me

I pulled her closer to me and connected my lips with hers. We started kissing and it got a lil heated. I grabbed her neck and squeezed it which caused her to let out a slight moan. Licked her bottom lip and she opened her mouth. As soon as I was about to stick my tongue in her mouth.

"Uuhmm..." we heard somebody clear their throat

We stopped kissing and looked up. There stood a old white lady looking down at us with a look of disgust.

"You know that's inappropriate to do in
public..." she says with a attitude

"You know minding your business is appropriate..." I said giving her attitude

"I'm just letting you know..." she says

"I'm just let you know. Maybe if you was minding your own business and got to where you was going you wouldn't have to see us kissing..." I said

The woman started saying some shit but I was listening cuz Mari was talking.

"Come on let's get outta here..." Mari said grabbing her trash and we got up

The woman was still talking but we wasn't paying her no mind. We threw away our trash and walked to the car. We got in and pulled off. I was a little irritated about the situation but I decided to not let that determine my attitude for the rest of the day. Cuz it's my little one's birthday and she's gonna enjoy herself no matter what goes on....
