                                 LEO'S POV

"Sir we have retrieved the missing products" Liam said

"Oh ! Wow, who's the thief"  I asked with a darkened expression

"Well !.... The corps are still investigating and they promised us info by next week" Liam replied

"Shit !! That's too far" I yelled

"By the way your appointment with Mr Daryl is today" Liam added

"Okay... Drive me to his firm" I concluded cracking my neck

                      *  AT DARYL'S OFFICE *

"Sir you have a visitor . It's the CEO of the Lyn's firm" Daryl's PA yelled

"Let him in" Daryl commanded

"Mr Daryl !" I called with a smile

"CEO of the Lyn's firm..ey..what brings this visit" he said with sarcasm

"Nothing much just business" I said with a grin.

"Business ey!! ".. he said placing his hands on his chin

"I heard your building a shopping mall in Calloway" I asked with a smirk

"I am, do you have a problem with that ?" He asked starring at his phone

"Yes there is... That land belongs to me" I replied with a stern look

"What nonsense, I have the land papers" He said taking his eyes off his phone

"So do I, I bought the land from one Me Crook he sold the land to me 4 months ago" I  replied calmly

"Nonsense !! I bought the land 5 years ago and I have proof, I'll be expanded my shopping mall and you could kindly cancel your building plans now" He yelled slamming the table

"No no no that ain't happening, I need to talk to my lawyer" I said

"You know we could end all these nonsense and you could have the land on one condition" He said winking non stop

"Which is ?" I asked with squinted eyes

"Fire🔥 her !!!!!!!!" He said with a death glare

"Who ?" I asked

"The name is Zelda Brandon, here the photo "He said with a grin

"I took the photo and glared at it, why ?" I asked wide eyed

"She stepped on my toes, she must pay for the humiliation she  cost me" .he said  with gnashed teeths.

"Pfff! Its just one silly dance" I replied chuckling.

" You know about it already!.How dare she!!." He yelled intertwining his fingers.

"Let it go okay" I said with a smile

"Never!!.. either you fire her or I have my land back.".he groaned

" I can't fire innocent people just because they refused to dance with Mr. Daryl " I said with a sarcasm.

" Oh! Really, I thought you were cruel and heartless" 💔 he said with a smirk.

" And .....I also stand for justice ..Mr Daryl I believe meeting this over. I'll call my lawyer and he'll get to the brim of this  Trust me!! . thank you and have a nice day. I said slamming the door in his face.

Liam started the car..

"Sir where next?" liam asked.

" Home".. I said coldly .

" Sir what happened in there ? Liam asked

" Its a bait " I replied with a sigh

"  What !! " Liam yelled.

" He wants me to fire an employee for the land" I replied

" Why? " Liam asked

" She refused to dance with him during the companies party " I replied with a chuckle.

" Ha! Ha! Ha! Wtf! Who's she" Liam asked.

" Zelda Brandon" I replied with a smile  curving on my lips.

" Hold on! Thats the employee you left off the hook . Give her in ... you could pay her.....

I chipped in "No Liam I stand for justice!!" I yelled

" Pfff! You could pay her " Liam said..

" Don't say that again... when I'm I meeting my lawyer"..I said rolling my eyes.

" Next week Sir.. " Liam replied pulling over

I pulled out my phone and texted Zelda.

" Where are you"- leo
"Home<3"- Zelda

" Liam take the rest of the day off " I said with a smile

" I don't think that's necessary" Liam said scratching his neck

" I think you should.." I said with a stern look

" Okay sir! Liam said stepping out of the car while waving me goodbye.

I took the wheels and drove to Zelda's house..🤭
