Elemental mermaid mates

Chapter 21

Aura's pov:

I transformed into my mermaid form, my white replacing my legs. I swim to the bottom of the ocean and played with sea anemones.

Their so squishy.

I giggled at the feeling.

A clownfish appeared out of the anemone. It stopped when it saw me.

I smiled.

"Hello friend"

It didn't say anything only just swam away.

I let go of the anemone and swam forward.

I gasped as I saw a flounder swimming around, I always found those fish peculiar since both their eyes are on the same side.

Funny things aren't they.

I swim a little higher examining the fish who live in this depth of the ocean.

Just normal fish, like bass, turtles, and much more.

*splash*

I looked up and saw two pairs of feet, one person swam away to the rocks the other one stayed.

Strangely I felt a pull to the person who stayed.

I slowly swam up until I was two inches underneath him. I looked at the person's face and smiled.

It was Avira.

My mate.

My prince.

I transformed into human form.

His nare back is really tense.

I wonder why?

I placed a hand of his back making him shiver, but relax a for momment then to tense.

I frowned.

My hand slowly rose up as I did as well. I fully rose up.

Avira was growling.

Growling?

I ran my hamds up and down his shoulders making him relax.

He turned around super fast.

He had a hard face, an angry one to be exact.

In a split second his face softened.

He smiled making me smile.

Prince is happy!

I wanted to squeal in happiness.

"Aura" Avira said and closed the space between us.

"Hello Avira" I said and placed the hand that was on his chest to his shoulder, I placed my other free hand around his neck.

I pulled him in for a hug.

He instantly hugged back wrapping his arms around my waist, putting his nose in the crook of my neck.

I pulled back seconds later.

He frowned but I kissed his nose making him smile.

"Now what brings you here in the big blue sea?" I asked.

"Out for a swim and hoping to find you sooner or later" Avira said.

I smiled.

"Do you want to spend the day with me?" I asked.

His eyes lit up.

"I'd like that"
