In the shadow of doubt, where dreams belong.
Everything I do seems to go wrong.
What's left for me, what path to pursue?
My faith dwindles, leaving me so blue.
Each day's end brings a fearful thought.
Afraid of the next, my courage sought.
Sleep eludes me, I toss and I turn.
Anxiety whispers, causing concern.
The love of my life, a tumultuous sea.
In one moment sweet, the next a plea.
We fight and we spar, emotions collide.
Yet in her arms, I find solace inside.
Confusion reigns, I'm at a loss.
Caught in a whirlwind of tempestuous toss.
What else to do, where else to go?
In this tumultuous journey, only time will show.
