Chronological order and content of the new book goes like this:
1. The original arcs EXCEPT real world final arc. Author author also added explicit sex scenes here and there, I can't remember how many exactly but there's definitely one in the first arc where ML and MC do it for the first time, and there's one in supermodel arc, and there's one in the cuckold emperor arc. There's an extra explicit scene in each one of the arcs.
2. {Extra 1 – Xue Zi Xuan side story} – I put this one in brackets since it's not actually part of the main storyline but an alternate universe.
3. Extra 2 story arc – Devil Cultivator and Monk
4. Extra 3 story arc – Fox Demon and Regent
5. Final original Real World arc
6. Extra 4 story arc – Honeymoon on Beastman Planet
So to summarize this is a complete new story arc
