Spending time together

Adhvik's pov.

I don't know why I wanted to take care of her.
Like I know it's not necessary in kind of relationship we have.
But even after that she is my wife.
And i can't deny that.

I haven't cooked in years even If people always appreciated my cooking skills.

But yesterday I wanted to....I wanted to cook....for her.
And today itself I planned a little suprise for her.
But it's 11:30am and madam is still sleeping.

I will work from home till mom and dad returns.
I mean I can't or I don't want to leave her alone.

I was working on my laptop and I heard her sleepy voice.
"Hey" She said.

Her eyes were not even fully opened.
I looked at her and said "Good morning"

She didn't even bother to reply and lie down on couch placing her head on my lap.
Such a baby she is!!!
Cute baby.

I smiled looking at her and I carresed her hair.
And I don't know what happened to me I went near her face.

"Get ready soon I have something special for you" and then I kissed her on her cheek.

Wait what? I did that out of affection not out of lust.
But she didn't mind and she just slept on my lap.
Such a sleepy head.

After almost 2 hours the sleepy head got ready in her pyjamas but atleast she took a bath.

I went to kitchen and came out with a basket and plate for her.

"This is for you"
I handed her over the basket and plate.

She looked at it and then she looked at me with a bright smile on her face.

"How do you know waffles are my favorite?" She asked.
"Are they?"
"Yupp" She said.
"I didn't know. I just made it."
"Okkk and and and about this chocolate thing?" She questioned again.
"Ohh Google again"
"Aww thank you sweetheart" She said with a teasing smile.

She loves doing that.
Teasing is her favorite thing.
But sweetheart and me?
I mean even when I was sweet?

She ate waffles with a smile plastered on her face.
She looks beautiful.
I mean when I can do her next time.
Weird and creepy thoughts.

She opened the fully chocolate filled basket and it was decorated beautifully.

She ate two three pieces of dark chocolate.
"I thought you like milk chocolates more"
"Why?" She asked.
"The flavor that day was chocolate right?"

It was my turn to tease now.
She BLUSHED!!!
OH MY GOD!!
SHE BLUSHED.
"That's different kind of chocolate I think"she said teasing again.

At night after watching two episodes of office together we slept on couch itself.

Embracing each other in each other's arms.

It's our routine now to sleep like that.
To be honest, I never thought I will cuddle someone.
