I cried for three hours in the kitchen floor with Artemis by my side.

I sat at her island and just hoped she would come back. But she didn't. It was getting dark outside and she hasn't come back.

I debated going home but I wanted her to come back and we could talk.

The front door opened and closed. "Val." I immediately stood up.

Only to be disappointed when Zoë walked in.

"Nope just me." She said with a smile.

I closed my eyes for a moment and a tear ran down my cheek. Maybe she wasn't coming back.

I opened my eyes again and not only was Zoë there but Quinn and Lottie too.

"Coco why are crying?" Zoë asked as she walked closer to me.

"She left, I don't know if she's coming back. She left Zoë." I said as I cried some more. Zoë wrapped me in a hug.

"What happened?" She asked me softly.

"I told Ally. And she got angry. She said she was fuming. I know I shouldn't have told Ally and I don't know why I did but I told her." I said in between my sobs.

"I always knew she was a bitch. Never fucking liked her anyways." Zoë said as she hugged me tighter.

"And what's worse is she's not angry because I ruined it for her, but for me. She said she couldn't be around me angry. So she left." I cried more.

"She'll be back Letty. Don't worry." Zoë said as i started drying my tears and I moved out of the hug.

"What if she doesn't come back? Then what?" I asked her.

"They always come back." Lottie said.

"Have you seen her?" I asked finally acknowledging Lottie and Quinn's presence.

"No but I know where ever she is, she's with my wife." Lottie said.

"Do you think she'll come back?" I asked them.

"Val will be back Letty. I know she loves you too much not to be back." Quinn said

"She'll be back." She said softly. "When Stella and I started dating, I did something that she honestly shouldn't have forgiven me for. So she left for three weeks, almost a month. But she came back. And somehow that made us better." Lottie said.

"It probably isn't as bad as what I did. I risked everything for her. And I love her so much." I said.

"What I did was much worse. She'll be back Letty, I promise." She said reassuringly.

"I really hope you're right. I don't want to lose her." I said to Lottie.

"You won't lose her. That I can promise you." She reassured me.

They sat in the kitchen for a bit with me until almost eight in the evening when the front door opened.

"Val." I said and I stood up. But in walked Stella.

"She's coming." Stella said as she walked over to her wife and pressed a soft kiss to her lips.

I sighed and sat back down. I watched as Zoë held Quinn in her arms and Lottie leaned into Stella's touch. I suddenly felt like Val wasn't coming in.

I stood up from my seat. "I'm gonna go find her." I said softly standing up.

I didn't wait for a response from anyone and just walked out of the kitchen through to the front door.
