8.Sangeet and Mehndi!🥀

The Reception took place and the bride and groom to be were introduced and even introduced their relatives to both families
(to each other).

Even during these rituals somehow every now and then Avni and Nakuul were bumping or would catch each other's gaze at times,

They don't know what the future holds for them but I sure do ..

When the function got over they all returned and the bride and groom returned too and at Avni's and Nakuul's house.

It's 9:00 pm,I saw the clock and thought about the whole ordeal again.I was perplexed ..I don't know why but I didn't behave like ?!!myself !?in front of that ..duffer.
"Urghhh what is the matter Avni"??,she asked herself as she sighed...

I had to sleep again for next day ceremony tomorrow,I sighed yet again as I was tired enough doing the work from the function my own clients too..

But it's for Sam so it doesn't matter she is family and family means a lot to me!!!,I sat holding a photo of her's ..to myself.

Just then I heard a ping on my phone.
It was a text from him.......

Flashback in first person:
Yeah I saved his number !!!bcz I didn't wanted him to see me in that state again.he was literally asking me to save it in front of me(Cmo'n save it now .. "I know you won't do it",he asked me to save.Or else what,I asked firmly.

"Or else I will make you blush again not with words this time",he smirked as he whispered in my ears,knowing exactly what he said and him knowing I knew it too.)

And I didn't want to be like this blushing around and all out of control just bcz of his antics and smirk's.

So I chose to save his number without further embarrassment.
Now:
I saw the text and opened it.It said,

"Hey Avni so you did save my number huh"!!!

I can literally imagine the smirk,urghh,I groaned.
Yeah as you forced me too (I rolled my eyes)now let me sleep there's a function to attend for us,so you go to sleep",and let me too,I texted.

And yes....don't trouble me,I mumbled.(rolling my eyes).
He replied,

Yes,ofc we do have to get up so that's why I am leaving you now;) Byeee pretty deer !!smile a bit will you?

I read the msg and kept him on hold for the whole night and slept.(Duffer useless person who does he think he is?!!!)

Nakuul's side:
I literally laughed hard enough to bring tears to my eyes like she's a unique bundle of joy!!!,I exclaimed to myself.
I saw the msg as she didn't reply, "I know you did that on purpose Avni",Nakuul said.Wait till you get caught....Tomorrow I will not leave your sight.;)

They slept and Nakuul still had time so he slept as after mehndi is done they will reach another hall for sangeet.Avni got up at 5:00am for her getting ready and leaving for the hall and getting the mehndi for the bride to be arranged by an artist.We all were going to get ready and leave for the hall which was booked,Avni said.
