A break

"So the other day when I stopped over here I was going to ask you About your birthday but I decided against it" Chad said

"When were you here" Brandon asked

"When you weren't  apparently" chad said

"So you just stop by all the time" Brandon asked

"No he doesn't he came over and I was going to tell you but you and I had a fight before I could" I said

"Seems like the two of you fight a lot" chad said with a smile

"It's not a big deal" I said

"Yeah well I was going to ask you about your party but then you asked if I still had feelings for you and I didn't wanna make it any weirder" chad said

Brandon's eyes grew wider but he said nothing

"Anyways" chad said then grabbed both my hands

"We can talk about it later" he said with a smile then let go of my hands and walked out the door

"Brandon" I said

"Why'd you ask if he still had feelings for you" Brandon asked

"I don't know" I said

It was the truth I really didn't know

"Where you going to tell me about him stopping over" he asked

"No" I responded then sat on my bed

"Do you still have feelings for him Alice" he asked

I said nothing

"Alice do you still have feelings for Chad" he asked

I looked at Brandon then shook my head yes

"Yeah I still do" I said

Brandon sighed

"You still have feelings for me right" he asked

"Of course Brandon I love you so much and I don't know why I feel like this" I said

"It's just him and I were together so long it doesn't just go away" I said

"Yeah I get it" he said

"I'm sorry" I said

"Yeah" he said

"Maybe we should take a break" he said then looked at me

"Do you want to take one" I asked

"I think we need one" he said

"Yeah maybe" I said

"Okay" he said then got up

"I'll talk to you in a few days" I said

He walked out the door then turned and said

"I love you so whatever happens I just want you to know I love you so much"

"I love you too" I said as he left
