"So, you two are getting a divorce?" Casey asked as I sat on his couch. I nodded as I took a swig of the beer in my hand. Our prenuptial agreement will make this a smoother process seeing as we've both signed off on the divorce.

Scarlett filed before I could and her legal team made sure I got the papers as quickly as possible. I've been in New York staying with my brother Casey since I couldn't stand to be in the house I share with Scarlett here in New York.

We had it stated in our prenup that in the case of a divorce, we'd sale the house and split the profits which works for me because I sure as hell do not want to live there anymore. Y/n and Scarlett were having their affair right under my nose and I never knew.

We have a scheduled court date for custody of Cosmo which I know will be a hard fought battle. I honestly don't see how any judge sides with Scarlett in this case. She's the reason we're getting a divorce, her career is basically in the trash at this point, there's too many outside factors for this case and her case about custody of Rose to go her way.

"Dude, you look like crap. Don't you think you've had enough of those?" Casey asked as he pointed to the other bottles and cans of beer on his table. "I'm fine, just taking the edge off a bit. My wife cheated on me with my daughter, give me a break." I said grumpily at my brother who just put his hands up in defense. "I'm just saying, you look like crap, this isn't the way to go."

I gruntled as I focused my attention back on the tv. Casey sighed as he sat beside me. "Have you talked to Scarlett?"

"As in held a conversation about her that wasn't pertaining to my son? No."

"And how often have you called to check in on Cosmo?"

"What's with the 20 questions? If you're asking if my son is okay, then yes he is."

"You don't think you should talk to Scarlett? Or at least Y/n? Divorcing Scarlett doesn't change the fact that Y/n's still your daughter." Casey stated as he began to annoy me.

"I don't want nor do I need to talk to either one of them, they're grown, they made their own decisions. I don't care anymore. Quite honestly, I hope they both go to hell." I mumbled the last part and I saw it didn't get past Casey. He opened his mouth to speak and just got up walking out of the living room leaving me there alone.

Scarlett and I laid in my bed looking at our new ultrasound photos. "I wonder if they will have your big ass head." Scarlett joked making me lightly nudge her as she tried to nestle more into my chest. "I hope it's a boy." I spoke as we continued to admire the photo. "I want another girl." Scarlett said as she looked at me.

We had an appointment earlier today, mainly to make sure the baby is okay due to the amount of stress that's been going on.

Scarlett's been under a lot of pressure and we want to make sure none of that is negatively affecting our child. She also hasn't wanted to stay at her place so we've been at mine.

"Is there any part of you that's nervous about airing our business out to the world?" I asked Scarlett.

We both agreed to do the tell all interview but only if we could do it together. Of course, Kate wanted to have Scarlett do it alone but Josie knew that that would only help one person in this case and wasn't having it. Josie's earned herself a raise.

"Well, most of the world knows the list of what happened. Colin and Madison made sure of it. Of course I'm worried about what this will do to my kids but, I'm also worried about what could happen to us. Everyone's eyes and attention will be on us, people will want to know what's going on in our relationship at all time, they'll be waiting for us to break up. That's why I've always tried to keep my personal life out of the spotlight- Colin just took all that away from me for a few seconds of fame."

"Well there's a bright side in all of this, we get to be together now." I spoke softly as I took Scarlett's hand in mine. "Alone time and privacy almost whenever we want it." Scarlett whispered as her she rubbed her hand up and down my thigh.

"Cosmo's in the other room." I laughed. "He's sleeping, Y/n/n, my hormones haven't been satisfied, I feel like I'm going to go crazy without sex." Scarlett whined as she sat up and pouted.

"Mmm, I'm out of commission." I laughed making her groan. "Are you seriously going to make me beg?"

"Possibly." I smirked. Messing with her in times like this is fun. "That's fine, I know exactly what to do." Scarlett smiled as her hands went to the hem of my shorts pulling them down. "Woah-"

"Are you sure you're out of commission?" Scarlett smirked as my shaft got hard. "Still very much out of commission." I lied. Scarlett took it upon herself to turn me on as she began to undress in front of me.

As she was only in her undergarments, she went back down to my member, revealing it before looking up at me with lust filled eyes before taking it in her mouth. My eyes closed from the feeling, as a moan slipped from my lips. I could feel Scarlett smile as she began to bob her head up and down.

My hand tangled in her hair as she continued her motions. She quickly got up, stripping out of her bra and underwear as I quickly took my shirt off throwing it on the floor. I was about to get up when I was pushed back down. "I'm riding today." My eyes widened at dominant Scarlett. I didn't think she could turn me on more.

She quickly got on top of me, aligning our centers as I slid inside of her before she began rocking her hips.

Just as we really got in the motions, Scarlett's moans filling the room, we were quickly interrupted.

"Mommy..." we hear on the other side of the door. Scarlett's eyes widened as she quickly got off of me. "Hold on, one second Cos." I couldn't help but to laugh as Scarlett struggled to find her clothes.

She quickly grabbed my t-shirt throwing it over herself as she slid back into her underwear. I grabbed my shorts and quickly grabbed a tank top as she went over to the door.

"Cos, what's wrong?" Scarlett asked as she kneeled down in front of him. "I wanna hang out with you." Scarlett turned and looked at me before looking back at Cosmo. "I'm a little busy right now Cos, but I promise we'll-"

"Newermind, I just wanna watch a movie." Cosmo responded making Scarlett chuckle at his mispronunciation. "No no, Cos, give me five minutes, we can have some alone time, go pick a movie out, I'll be out in a second."

Cosmo now had a big smile on his face before beginning to run off but stops. "Y/n/n can come too, mommy." Scarlett nodded and kissed Cosmo's forehead as he ran to the living room. Scarlett stood up and closed my bedroom door as she turned to me with a pout. "We can finish later."

"No, I need a release, you got 5 minutes." Scarlett said as she quickly got back on the bed. I couldn't help but to laugh at how serious she was. "Oh trust me, I can make that happen, just be quiet." I whispered as Scarlett got in position.
