It's been 2 weeks since we started planning. We got the perfect plan, now it's time for us to put it in action. In 2 days I will be leaving to meet the gang at the beach house. By gang I mean T, Storme, Bella, Meadow, Travis, and his people.

Mari has been very clingy since I told her I had to leave within 2 days. I mean I'm not complaining. We were currently laying on the couch watch tv. Well I was watching tv, she was turned to me looking in my face.

"You okay??" I asked looking down at her

"I'm worried..." she said softly

"Baby you don't have to worry. I'm going to be fine..." I said

"My mind just thinking of the worst case of scenarios. I can't shut it off and it's making me very worried. I don't want anything to happen to you or anybody..." she said

"Stop thinking about it. We got a good plan, we are going to be fine. We'll maybe have a few scratches and bruises but we are going to be fine..." I said

"Okay..." she said

I grabbed her face and kissed her. Our lips moved perfectly in sync. I pulled away and looked in her eyes as they opened.

"I'm going to be fine..." I said and she nodded
"I love you..." I said

"I love you too..." she said

I kissed her forehead, she put her face in my chest and moved her body close to mine. We laid in the couch all night until like it 12 then we went to bed.

*2 days later

Mari and I just got done having bomb sex, took a shower and now I'm looking through my bags. I was making sure I had everything I needed packed already. I didn't have to worry about my hair, because Mari had already braided my hair. Once I was done, I moved my bags to the front and went back upstairs. Mari was just waking up. She seen me coming in the room and smiled. I walked up to her and picked her up.

"How you feeling??" I asked sitting her on top of dresser

"I'm feeling good..." she said
"How long you got before you leave??" She asked

"I got 3 hours..." I said

She pulled me closer and laid her head in my neck. After a while she lifted her head up and looked up at me.

"You want some to eat before you leave??" She asked looking at me

"Sure..." I said smiling

"Take me to the kitchen..." she said making me laugh

I picked her up and took her to the kitchen. I placed her on her feet.

"What you want??" She asked

"Meatball sandwich..." I said and she nodded

I sat on the island as she cooked. After she put the food on, she came and stood between my legs.

"I'm going to miss you..." she said looking up at me

"I'm only going to be gone for a week. 4 days at the most..." I said

"I know but you're going to be gone away..." she said pouting

"Awww baby. Imma be back before you know it..." I said before grabbing her face and pecking her lips 3 times

We sat and talked in the front room until the food was done. She fixed our plates, we ate then I took another shower. I put on my airport fit and after I cuddled with Mari until it was time for me to go. She drove me to the airport. We got out and she walked around the car.

"Be safe. Make sure you call me when you make it. Don't do anything stupid and tell everybody I said hey..." she said hugging me

"I will baby. Take care of yourself and I'll be home before you know it..." I said kissing her forehead

"Okay..." she said

"I love you Little One..." I said making her smile

"I love you too Papa..." she said standing on her tippy toes

She connected her lips with mine and gave me a passionate kiss. I pulled away and she pecked my lips three more times before pulling away.

"Be safe, I love you..." she said

"I love you too..." I said grabbing my bags and heading in

She waved before pulling off. I entered, threw my hood on and went to get my bag and suitcase checked. Once I was done with that, I went to seat by my gate and waited. 30 minutes later my flight was called, I texted Mari to tell her I was boarding and we started boarding the plane. Mari texted back and told me she loves me and missed me already. I told her same thing before putting my phone on airplane mode. After a few, the plane pulled off and we were on the way. A little bit into the flight, I put my AirPod in my ear and started to doze off.

I felt myself being shook, I opened my eyes and it was the older woman who was sitting beside me. I took my AirPod and seen everybody getting off.

"Thank you..." I said with a small smile

I got up, grabbed my bags and go off the plane. I walked in and I headed to the front where I seen T and Storme.

"Wassup..." I said smiling

"Sup nigga..." T said

Storme hugged me. We put my things in the car and got in. I pulled out my phone and FaceTimed Mari. She answered and was in the dark.

"You sleep??" I asked

"No, I was watching movies waiting on you to call..." she said
"What you doing??" She asked

"Nothing. T and Storme just picked me up from the airport..." I said

"Tell I said hey..." she said

I unconnected my AirPods to let her speak to them. She spoke and they spoke back.

"Y'all keep my woman safe..." she said

I shook my head with a smile.

"We not gone let nothing happen to Indigo ole nappy headed ass..." Storme said and I smacked her in the back of the head

"Better not cuz imma come  fuck y'all up personally..." Mari said

"You always tryna fuck somebody up..." I said looking at her smiling

"Yes cuz I will. All I want is for y'all to give me a reason..." she said

"How you gone fuck somebody up, you only like 4 feet tall..." Storme said making us laugh

"You know what, fuck all y'all..." she said with her middle finger in the camera

We talked a little bit more before we made it to the beach house. Once we arrived, I put my things down and we went downstairs to talk about the plan.
