Hour eight: Let's make a milkshake vodka actually tastes good in. (Alexander might need to restock)
"Okay, so this time we'll make a . . . Raspberry milkshake."
I nod as he hands me the vanilla ice cream and raspberries. Alexander's fridge is fully stocked and I wonder why he has all this stuff. I blend the ingredients before stirring in some vodka.
Tom and I clink shot glasses and tip them back. We make faces. "Ew, no. Not raspberry."
"Strawberry," Tom announces and hands me the fruit. We've tried almost every possible flavor and nothing tastes decent with the vodka. It's because this isn't cheap vodka. Ugh, rich people.
We blend and tip again. "Oh, that's even worse!" Tom agrees. "Is there anything else?"
"Hmm, not unless you want chocolate ice cream with a hershey bar."
I slowly turn to look at him as he slowly turns to look at me. "Hell yes."
I make up the milkshake, stirring in the vodka again. We clink our glasses and count down from 3. Together, we tip the glasses back and chug the cold liquid.
"Oh, my-"
"Joseph, Mary, and sweet baby Jesus."
"Yes."
"This is freaking amazing."
"Yes."
