Jeff never really used to have a good memory, but after becoming 'Jeff the Killer,' his memory and sense of time started deteriorating at an alarming rate. Now, he'll think that things he did this morning happened two weeks ago, things that happened yesterday happened today, that it's Monday when it's Friday, or he just won't remember anything AT ALL.
(I actually have the same problem as Jeff, and let me tell you, it's fucking annoying)
