AUTHOR'S POV-
The Singh family was having breakfast. Rashvik was beyond angry. The deeds of his ex-wife were constantly crossing his mind. And all this frustration was because of that one message!
Rakshit and Reyansh just woke up before breakfast as their summer vacation started.Seeing Rashvik's mood, both of them thought its best to remain silent.
Advik was still sleeping as he woke up early in the morning but then fell asleep again.
Rashvik was lost in his thoughts when his dad asked
“Sarakshi contacted you?”
Rashvik hummed in response, continuing to eat his breakfast.
“So when are you guys meeting beta?” Rajiv asked hopefully
“I'm not meeting her dad, I'm not interested,” Rashvik replied with a straight face.
“Beta but-”
“Dad please, please I really don't want to meet her and I have so much work to complete” Rashvik said cutting Rajiv mid sentence.
“What's going on Singh family” Everybody looked towards the direction of voice and it was Prachi and Ananya with the kids.
“Aao aao beta” Rajiv said with a big smile
(Come, come child)
“Dadu” Aarushi screamed running towards Rajiv
(Grandpa)
Both the families are really close, not a single day of their pass without each other.
Rajiv has invited them for breakfast as they have returned after a long vacation.
“Sorry uncle ji we are late” Prachi said hugging uncle
“Are koi baat nahi beta, we just started eating” Rajiv said assuringly
(Doesn't matter)
“Uncle I missed you” Ananya said making a cute emotional face
“Aree mera bacha, come here I missed you more” Rajiv said pulling her into a heartwarming hug
(Oh my child)
“inko kyu laye aap wapas bhabhi, inke bina bada sukoon tha” Rakshit said sarcastically
(Why did you bring her back sister-in-law, it was a great relief without her.)
“Uncleeee, why he always has a problem with me” Ananya whined
“Galat kya bolra hai aksh” Reyansh said
(He said nothing wrong)
“I don't like you either my dear Reyansh” Ananya said rolling her eyes
“How are you both hn, lagta hai bhul gaye ho mujhe” Parchi said hugging both of them
(Looks like you both have forgot me)
“Bhabhiiiiiiii” They both said in unison
“We missed you so much,you know nobody was there to defend us, bhai ne bohot pareshan kiya hume” Rakshit said whining
(Bhai troubled us alot)
“Are mere bacho, ab agayi hu na mai don't worry”
Prachi said with a pout
(I'm back)
“yessss” They both said excitedly
“Ye kyu itna sadme mai lagra hai” Prachi asked, pointing towards Rashvik who was staring at them as if they had committed some heinous crime.
