At The Right Moment

I accept defeat, I guess that's how our story ends.

"I'll wait for you" I said
"You don't have to,you can't wait for me forever. Michelle I love you, but, it's not the right moment. Who knows maybe you'll find someone better than me"
"I only want you but I guess I have to let you go, sorry I liked you"
"Don't be sorry, there's nothing to be sorry about"
"I think we're better off as friends. Thank you for taking care of me here, my time with you is very special, I'll cherish it" she added and kissed my forehead
"Thank you for making me happy Ann. Friends?" I said while reaching my hands to her to hug
"Friends."
And we hugged each other.

After that, we go back to packing like nothing happened, that night I cried beside her.

4:50 AM

I woke up early to get ready to go to airport, my eyes are still puffy but that's fine.
I saw Anntonia getting ready, she smiled at me and greeted me Good Morning.
My heart is still aching about what happened last night but I guess that's how love works.

"Here have a coffee" Anntonia offered me
"Thanks"
"So how are you?"
"Good, trying to be strong, I guess?"
"That's good"

5:50 AM

And now we're ready to go.

"So, this our goodbyes huh?" I said
"I guess. Bye Michelle, I'll miss you, last hug?"
We hugged each other and ready to go
"It was nice meeting you Anntonia"
