she's safe

KAI'S POV

She fell asleep in my arms.

I can't believe that asshole touched her, he's a disgusting pervert. I want to rip his hart out of his chest

I place her in my bed then take my shirt off. I would take my pants off, and that would leave me with only my boxer, but I don't want to scare Sky, or make her even more uncomfortable.

I take her phone and call her mom.
"Hi Mrs Henslor. It's Kai speaking. Sky is at my house. She got tired and fell asleep. I will take her home tomorrow" I say trying to sound as respectful as possible.

"No problem. Thank you for telling me" Her mom says

"Goodnight Ms Hensler"

"Goodnight Kai"

I climb in my bed, and she Immediately pulls me closer. I put my arms around her, trying to make her feel safe

SKY'S POV

It's morning. I'm on top of Kai. He's still asleep. He looks so cute

I love this. I love just being in his arms. I feel so safe.

Wait what did I just think? I'm going crazy.

"Morning love" Kai says with his sleepy voice

"Morning" I say and give him a smile

Someone is calling me. It's Holden
I get up and go into Kai's bathroom before answering

"Look Sky, I'm really terribly sorry about what happened. My thoughts just got the best of me. I'm so so sorry. I never intended to hurt you. You don't have to forgive me. I just needed to tell you." Holden says

"Ok. Bye" I say and and hang up. He can go fuck himself.

I get out of the bathroom and Kai is gone.

I walk down stares and find him cooking

"Look love, I'm cooking breakfast" Kai says excitingly

I smile
"Didn't expect you to now how to cook"
I say then sit down at the kitchen table

"You know, I think you should put some extra clothes here. Like pj's" Kai says

I don't know why but sure
"Okay"

"How are feeling?" Kai says, serious

"I'm ok, I just felt like I was attacked yesterday. It scared me, but I'm okay now.
Thanks to you" I say.

I'm actually okay now. I wouldn't lei to Kai, I mean he's the one who seemed to notice that I was not okay at the party.

"Don't thank me, it just worries me that neither Hazel or Henry notice that your not okay" Kai says then puts the pancakes he made in front of me.

"I think Hazel noticed, but Henry. He was to busy eating Amelia's face"

He sits down and starts eating.

I do too. These are really good.

"Slow down, you're going to choke" Kai chuckles

I realize I probably look like an ugly cookie monster, so I do in fact slow down

"Oops" I clear my throat "There just really good"

"You know you just admitted that I'm good at cooking" Kai says and takes a bit of his pancakes

"Well you are. I barley know how to cook"

"Can you make eggs?"

"I make the best kind, or atleast I like my eggs" I say
