7 minutes in heaven

up hill

We're the first ones at the camping place which in my case is perfect because I need to talk to Henry, ask him if he's okay

He's the one who has the camping gear so we decide to start setting up.

"Hey, is everything okay with you" I say while trying to figure out how to put up a tent

"Yes. Why do you keep asking me?" Henry says in a angrily tone

"Well it's just I can't help but notice that your not yourself " I say looking down, wondering if I should of just kept quite

"Well, I'm fine!"

Silence. A few seconds passes by

"sorry. That tone was unnecessary" henry says shameful. "My dad is back in town."

Henry and his dad don't get along very well. Well his dad doesn't get along with the whole family but mostly targets Henry.

"Oh"

"Well you know he's always been a dick but now... now it's out of hand" Henry says getting frustrated that some rope is tangled

I grab the rope and place it down on one of the camping chairs I set up

"Tell me what happened" I say not knowing what to expect

"He...." Henry stops for a moment and takes a deep breath.
"He slapped my mom. Infront of me and Aubrey. Not even caring that we heard and and saw the whole thing. I knew he was a heartless person but I did not expect that." He says while having a few voice cracks in there

I drop the tent and hug him, as tight as I can. He does the same making it hard to breathe but at this point I don't care

Henry cares and loves for his mom and sister with his whole heart so I just know that hurt, alot.

I lead him up hill. We sit next to a tree a few centimeters away from the edge of the hill

"I'm just angry" a tear falls from his face

Henry has major anger issues but with me he cries. I get jumpy when people yell or just do violent stuff and he gets that so he turn his angers into sadness, but not just for me, he says it's more comfortable crying.
The jumpy thing, well Henry says it's some sort of trauma but except for my brother Sam. My family, house is pretty quite and peaceful. Even our dog isn't a loud dog

Some time passes by

"Hey! Love birds! Get down here"

I notice it's Kai screaming, and that Hazel and Liam are waiting for us.

"Yeah, yeah we're coming" Henry says getting up from the ground

We walk down hill.

"Yall are lazy" Hazel says referring to the unfinished camp site

"oops" Henry says while walking over to one of the tents and starts setting it up.

We all start helping and get it done when the sunsets

"Hey guys, wanna jump of the cliff?" Henry asks excitedly

Kai's eyes gets bigger
"Obviously dude" Kai says even more excited then Henry

"Yeah why not" Laim says a little more calm then the other two idiots

"What about you girls, you jumping with us?" Laim says and takes his shirt of

Me and Hazel look at each other not knowing what to say. Hazel then turns her head to the guys

"You know what, sure. I'm in" Hazel says unsure if she's going to do it

I look at her surprised that she's willingly going to jump and not telling the guys about how dangerous it is, which it totally is.

Hazel turns to me again
"Oh come on Sky, you'll survive" she says, with a little confidence

I role my eyes "Fine, but if I die.. I'm blaming all of you and I will hunt you in your sleep! Okay!?" I say totally losing my mind.

The guys already have their shirts of so me and Hazel take our clothes of showing of our bikinis. Mine is dark green and Hazel's is black.

We all stand at the edge of the cliff

"Ok on three we jump ok?" Henry says with way to mush excitement in his voice

We all agree to what he just said

"Ok. ONE! TWO! THREE!!!" We all jump at once. I feel the water hitting my body as I fall into the water.

"See nerds, it wasn't that bad" kai says with confidence in his voice

"Whatever" Hazel roles her eyes

We start playing, then go up to the little beach on the side of hill.

We get out and go to our camping place

"Ok so theirs two tents, so the girls can share one and us men can share one" Henry says confidently, when he said men

"I do NOT want to sleep with you guys. I know Henry snors like hell" kai says looking at Hazel and smirks

"Dude, We all know you've probably fucked every girl in school so I don't think it's a good idea to trust you with our girls" Laim says concerned

"We aren't your girls" Hazel says making sure the boys heard

"Whatever you know what I meant" Laim says

"That not fair, I haven't fucked every girl in school, plus Henry has fucked some girls at our school too" Kai says frustrated "that's why they call him a player" Kai says calmly, proud of him self "and don't act so innocent, you're just like us, Laim."

"Can yall stop using fuck as term of having sex. Please!" Henry says bothered about nothing else except the fact that they used fuck as a term for sex

They ignore him

"Well at least I can be in a real relationship with the girls" Laim says to Kai

This conversation is annoying the shit out of me, and why did They even start this conversation. It just got disgusting

"Fist of all the term 'player' is mostly used for you and you know it" I say referring to Kai "second of all you guys are gross and third of all, if Henry is a big deal then I'll share a tent with Henry and you guys can sleep in the extra big one. Ok?" I say super frustrated.

"Are you sure? You don't have to-" Henry says calmly but I cut him of before he can finish

"It's fine. Unless it's not fine with you" I say looking down

"NO" Henry says super fast "I mean it's fine with me" says in a small calm voice

"Ok then, every thing is settled " Kai says with the biggest smile on his face
