we sit together at lunch
"So do you guys want to hangout tonight?" i ask but as soon as the question left my mouth it was like time froze each one of them froze and then they looked at one another like they didn't know what to do
"Hello" I waved my hands at them
"Yeah I can't me and Sara have to study" Claire's says not making eye contact with me
"I have a date" James also not looking at me
"I have to study too" Michael adds
"I supposed to hangout with Ella" Tyler says giving me a small smile
"What about tomorrow?" I ask
"Another date" James says quickly
"Studying" Michael, Claire and Sara say at the same time
"I promised Ella" Tyler says none of them will look at me i feel like I've done something wrong did I say something stupid but then it hit me it's a full moon that's why there acting strange.
"Okay that's fine" I say giving a smile
School lets out I make my way to the house.
this is going to be a boring weekend since everyone is busy turning into a dog.
I unlock the front door walking in to the house
"Uncle Alaric I'm home" I announce as I walk in I look straight ahead and see Ezra standing there with a smirk on his face
"EZRA!!" I yell smiling running to him and jumping on him he catches me
"You missed me" he says smiling at me still holding me then he sits me down
"Of course and I know you missed me" I smirk
"I did actually"
"Where's Alaric"
"He be back soon he had to do something"
We sit on the couch
"How are you doing with every thing?" He ask looking concerned
"I'm okay really I am It's just you know being back in high school and trying not to get close to anyone" I say looking at my lap
He grabs my chin so I can look at him "I'm sorry about all this it my fault you are here"
"It's fine I know you wouldn't of ask me if this wasn't important" I give him a smile he smiles back
"So how do you know Ella" I give a smirk
He won't look at me "I met her when I was meeting a mutual friend of ours because he needed a favor from me"
"O so you guys stayed in touch"
He scratches the back of his neck looking uncomfortable "a little bit. Are you hanging out with her brother or the friends this weekend" he trying to change the subject
"No I have the weekend off it's full moon so they are going to be a little busy growing back hair" I say with a laugh he laughs too
