This door has been locked and the curtain has been closed for certain reasons.

Today is prom and Mia has not let me talk to or even look at her since last night. She insisted that she wanted to make this revel special for both of us and that nobody could see each other until later tonight, which put me in a not-so-good mood.

All the entries to her house were locked and all the curtains closed, so technically there wasn't a way inside her house.

The dance isn't until 9:00 but we are doing pictures at our houses with everyone around 3:00 then going to dinner.

I didn't feel the need to get ready until 2 hours before we got pictures, so I have been bored since I got up. I also informed Blake and Jordan to not get here until 12:30 so I have some time.

"Honey aren't you excited for today," my mom asks.

"Yeah kinda, I mean it's just prom. When I went to Scotland all the events there were real and authentic it makes prom seem so lame and not worth attending," I say.

"I know but it's supposed to be fun and memorable since it's basically the last time you will be with everyone," she says.

"Yeah," I say.

It's hard to believe that me and Blake will be heading to Massachusetts in two days to finalize everything for the NBA.

My mom sits beside me on the couch. "Ace, honey how are really doing."

"I'm honestly sad to be leaving. I know this is what I have always wanted but it's hard knowing that I am leaving everything everyone behind," I say.

"Is it everyone or is it someone," she asks.

"Yes Mom I am gonna miss Mia, she is the only person that makes me want to stay," I say.

"Young love, I get it."

"Woa Woa Woa, we haven't even said the three words yet so how do you think we are in love," I ask.

"When a mother knows she knows," she says.

It's nice that my parents have been around for the past few days. I am gonna miss them too but Mia is someone who I am going to miss even more.

"What up family," Blake says while entering the house.

"What happened to knocking on the door," Jordan says.

"esa casa es mi casa," he says.

Jordan just looks at him puzzled. "It still would've been polite to knock."

"Boys welcome in do you need any help getting anything ready," my mom asks.

"I think we are all good here Mrs. Sterling," Jordan says.

"Of course, if you need anything I will be down here," she says.

After Blake is done talking to my mom us three head upstairs to get ready for the dance.
