1.) I am currently accepting banners ONLY. Because of how busy I'll be during the school year, I've decided to cut down to just making banners, since covers are more time-consuming.
2.) Please note that I have the right to reject your form, most likely because I lack the skills to design that specific graphic for you.
3.) When submitting your forms, please make sure everything you want on the graphic is made clear. Be as specific as possible.
4.) No shop-hopping, please.
5.) If the delivery of your graphic takes a while, then it is most likely because I'm busy with schoolwork or other graphics are in the way. I have a queue in my graphic shop (on my profile) if you'd like to check where you are.
6.) If my schedule permits, the your graphics will be delivered within one month.
7.) Books MUST be published with at least 2 chapters (excluding author's notes and prologues).
8.) You MUST use my banners for two weeks. If I find out that you haven't used them at all or you take them down before the required time, you will automatically be blacklisted.
9.) When you are using my graphics, be sure to credit me somewhere in your story (ex: in authors' notes or blurb).
10.) I will NOT accept K-Pop, Fanfiction, Erotica, or Romance genres. I also don't do vectors.
