I fluttered my eyes open to feel a warm weight on my chest

I looked down to see Vinnie layed on my chest with his arms around my waist

He looked so peaceful when he was sleeping....I wish he always looked like this, normally he looks like someone killed his whole family......well.....his family wasn't that good with him either so I don't really blame him.....

While I was just staring at him like an idiot and admiring how beautiful and muscular of a man he is .

The same though about him being a mafia popped up in my head...

Was he really.....a mafia? Or was he saying that because he was drunk? I hope he was....

I was scared because, part of me actually believed he was, because that explained everything about him, his behavior, his ego, his reluctance, his personality, how much people were scared of him including me at times, that .  That was scaring me to my core

All of a sudden he woke up and scared the heck out of me a bit

Vinnie: wha- why are you.....awake?

He aid with his eyes still closed with his heavy deep captivati- uhm voice...

Char: uh I was- i-... A dream Yea a dream a b-ad d-dream....

He raised his eyebrow ,

One thing about Vinnie, he can see through lies like seeing through glass so you could guess how scared I was

Vinnie: okay....what dream was it?

Char: uhm...I was...falling.....from a....pillar?

What is wrong with my brain .

Vinnie: oh no did you get hurt?

Char: sorry....

Vinnie: go to bed, it's really early...

Char: it's 7....

Char: I need to leave....

Char: u-uhm..... Christmas is coming up Vinnie.....

Vinnie: Christmas is in like 2 weeks

Char: Vinnie.....I really need to go...

I said getting a bit shocked and mad at how he isn't letting me go alone

I put my hands against his  shoulders and pushed him off my chest

Vinnie: what the fuck?

He said frowning at me , I could tell how irritated he was. Like dude you deserves it

Char: get off Me-

Before I could finish my sentence he grabbed my arms and pushed me back down on the bed

Vinnie: the hell do you think you are telling me what to do?

I literally stared at him with an angry expression

Vinnie: if you ever push me off you ever again ill-

Char; what? What'll you do huh? Youre just a spoiled kid who's paren-

When I realized what I was gonna say I instantly snapped back into my senses

What the hell is wrong with me....

Vinnie just stared at me with shock and he looked a bit hurt which made my heart ache

Char: I-im sorry.....

Vinnie: you're right.....my parents left me......because I.....I never deserved love....all I am Is a fucking..... spoiled kid who's dad doesn't care about whether he's alive or not and my mom.....

When he mentioned his mom his eyes started to become a bit glossy

God I'm so stupid.....I knew how much pain he went through yet I still couldn't stop my stupid self

I literally felt like such a bad person.....

Char; v-vinnie I'm sorry....

I instantly hugged him

I felt like I was about to cry too , how could I hurt him that much...

Vinnie: no I'm sorry.... someone like me doesn't deserve to be loved....I shouldn't have gotten my hopes up like that .

With that he got up walked down to his closet , I could see him trying to hide his face from me

No no no what is wrong with me

I instantly got up and walked towards his closet

I was about to knock when I heart a very faint sob

I-is he c-crying?

I finnally knocked after being in shocl for a bit

Char: Vinnie please open the door I'm sorry I....just please open the door...

Vinnie: you probably have more important things to do, you can leave alone if you like, go ahead

As he kept saying things like that my heart felt like it was being stabbed again and again

Char: n-no- vinnie I wanna go with you......I wanna go with my  b-boyfriend who's literally awesome and he loves me alot , please open the door please Vinnie

I didn't know if what I said was right , but after a few minutes of silence, I heard the door unlock and felt as if a weight was lifted off my chest

As soon as I saw his I ran into his arms and hugged him

Char; I'm so so sorry Vinnie, you deserve all the love in the world, you're genuinely the most amazing, kind, sweet, and beautiful person I've ever seen, the only reason I said that was because....

I stopped, not having the courage to continue

When I felt vinnie lift my chin and look into my eyes

Vinnie: tell me...?

Char: because I miss lily.....I'm worried about her, my friend is probably worried sick, so is lily, I can't just leave my little sister Vinnie....
