Mr. Vice Chairman [Kim Taehyung ff]

Chapter 2- Why is he so rude?

"Mr. Vice Chairman, I'm your new secretary, Park Y/n" I said and bowed

"You're 14 minutes 30 seconds late" he replied in a cold voice

"Sorry? Ah, I actually woke up late so.."

"I want you to report here by 8:30 sharp not a minute late!"

"Yes sir. I'll try my best" 

"Not try, you have to do your best" he said and I nodded. 

"Your job as my secretary is to keep up with me, whenever I ask about anything you have to get it ready as soon as possible, you have to learn driving, you know foreign language so that won't be a problem and yes you'll have to know how to tie a tie"

"Okay sir"

"And most important, never ever use any kind of tape around me. I'll fire you if you use any kind of tape near me or in my office" he said and I nodded 

"You'll seat outside my office, and whenever I call you, you'll have to be here no matter what you're doing. Here's the list of the important people related to this company, memorize everything in the file" he said handing me a big fat file with that, I went outside and sat in my small kind of a cabin. It was right in front of Mr. Vice Chairman's cabin. I started arranging my things. About 10 minutes later, my telephone rang. "Hello?" I said politely

"Miss. Y/n, in my cabin now!" he said and I rushed towards his cabin

"Yes sir you called?" 

"Oh, yes. Ms. Y/n, I needed your phone number incase you are not in you seat" he said and I nodded. we exchanged each other numbers and I bowed and went to my seat. I was busy arranging documents when a guy came and stood in front my desks. He was 23 I guess, and he was kind of cute, black hair with a few tattoos. 

"Hi, I'm manager Jeon Jungkook, nice to meet you" he said with a bunny smile

"Hi, I'm Mr. Vice Chairman's secretary, Park Y/n" I said 

"Well, during lunchtime, would you mind if I introduce you to others?" He asked

"Sure why not" I said 

"See you during lunch then" he said and I nodded

[Time skip: lunch time]

"This is assistant manager, Min Yoongi" he said and we shook hands

"This is chief marketing officer, Jung Hoseok" he said and we shook hands

"And that is president Kim Namjoon and chairman Kim Seokjin" Jungkook said pointing at two male figures next to Mr. Vice Chairman

"What are they doing with Mr. Vice Chairman?" I asked

"Ah, they're brothers also 3 youngest businessman in Korea with worldwide fame" Jungkook said and I nodded

Taehyung's POV:

I was having lunch with my brothers when I saw Y/n or rather my secretary with other employees. I felt like she was flirting with them and I got irritated the way she was smiling with them, joking. I was lost in my thoughts, when my brother said,

"Taehyung, isn't she your new secretary?" he asked and I nodded while I still looked at them

"She is pretty isn't she? I wonder if she has a boyfriend?" Namjoon Hyung said

"Yah!" I yelled and they looked at me with confusion

"What happened?" Jin Hyung asked me

"Nothing, I have to go" I took out my phone and dialed a number

"Hello? Secretary Y/n? In my cabin right now" I said and left

I was confused. Why did he call me all of a sudden? Did I do something wrong? I excused myself and hurried to his cabin. I knocked on the door, and went in after he gave me permission to come in. He was standing by the window and I stood behind him 

"Yes sir? You called me?" I asked

"Stop flirting with other employees" he said and I was shocked

"Flirting? Sir I think you're mistaken"

"You should stop these things. They will affect your work!" 

"Sir, I wasn't flirting. Manager Jungkook was just introducing me to the other employees" I said

"Secretary Y/n"

"Yes sir"

"Kindly focus on your work other than introducing yourselves"

"Yes sir"

"And what is the status about the deal with K& sons group?" he asked

"Um, I'll get it ready immediately" I said hesitantly

"Secretary Y/n, this was my first rule. Get everything ready before I ask about it. I think you're not giving your best" 

"I'm sorry, sir" 

"Now go and get it ready and report it here within fifteen minutes!" he said and I rushed to my cabin. I started arranging everything.

"Why is he so rude!?" I thought and continued arranging everything. Exactly after fifteen minutes, my phone received a notification. It was from Mr. Vice Chairman

Fifteen minutes are over. Secretary Y/n, in my cabin right now!

Reading the message, I rushed towards his cabin and fortunately I had completed arranging. I handed him the files and he kind of seemed impressed.

"Good work, Secretary Y/n"

"Thank you sir"

"Now report me with the weekly report, monthly stats, deals with foreign companies and the spa which will be opened in Busan"

"Sorry?" I asked him with wide eyes and he gave me a 'do it' look. I rushed towards my cabin and started typing, arranging and all types of works at one time. 

[Time skip: 9:30 pm]

Everyone already left, except me and Mr. Vice Chairman. I was currently on my last report for the spa in Busan after which I'll be done for today, at least that's what I know. After fifteen minutes, my work was finally completed and I went to submit the report.

"Mr. Vice Chairman, this is weekly report, monthly states and report on the spa to be opened in Busan" I said handing him over the files

"Good enough for your first day. You may leave now, and tomorrow report here by 8:30 am sharp, not a second late" he said and I nodded. 

"Thank you, sir- Excuse me, I have to attend this call" I said and he nodded

"Oh, you're here to pick me up? Thank you, I love you!" I said to Jimin 

"Sir, may I leave?" I asked and he nodded. I took my purse and left.

Taehyung's POV:

"....I love you" she said. Wait, WHAT!? She has a boyfriend? But I asked her and she denied it! She asked for leave and I nodded. I stood next to the mirror, soon I saw her leaving the building, she went in front my a black car and a guy came out of the car and hugged her and they drove away. 

"Does she really has a boyfriend? Wait, what are you thinking Taehyung. It has nothing to do with you, why are you bothered! maybe because she is your secretary and it will affect you work" I thought and continued doing my work.
